Fahmida Mirza politician of Sindh, who has alliance with PTI and is member of National Assembly has said Drug’s trade is very high in Sindh colleges and schools. She mentioned that many children in Karachi, Sindh schools, colleges are made addicted to drugs. In past the drugs were natural like Opium but now drugs like Crystal are chemically produced locally. This has been reported by this lady about Sindh. Prior to her comments this has come up in news for Punjab as well and since Punjab has more population as well the extent to which Drugs are more in educational institutes in Pakistan is much higher than Sindh. And more than this is in Peshawar. The question is why government and authorized departments are not able to control even though they know that our children and future generations are getting destroyed. Every day in schools and colleges teenagers are consuming this but still this business is not getting stopped. This is because the mafia involved in this drug trade are in government and establishment, hence they are not allowing the media also to raise this. This is a big threat for our generations and we should save them.
